Not only did they have to remove a 2 story tall tree that was in the way, they went and bought landscaping rock to make sure the AC unit was level. Spencer was super thorough and was especially great about explaining what he was doing and why. I have had a few companies out to do scheduled maintenance on our furnace and AC but none have ever spent so much time making sure all my questions were answered. It was also the first time anyone had inspected the outside AC unit, let alone actually cleaning it! His prices are very reasonable and I feel confident he will stand behind his work and be there when we need him
